Automotive Detail Building & Service Bays

PROJECT SUMMARY

The project consisted of a total gut renovation of a 35,000 SF facility, including demolition of a 6,000 SF structure. The project involved the build out of new offices, an automotive photo area, a car wash tunnel, a service area, a detail facility, and a sales building. The project also involved the renovation of an existing 5,000 SF sales area in an adjacent building. The site improvements included 15-acres of re-paving and all new landscape and hardscape for the entire facility campus. To conserve energy, the entire facility was also retrofitted with LED lighting.
